Common issues

In this current modern high demanding business world to run the company owners always give priority to protect their workplace by keeping quality and standard employees. Leaders develop the communication among the employees and create the quality values ethical culture within the organisation. But at some points employee or employees not fit to their designation or fit the company according to the company culture from there can find out what is the common issues highlights order to make a good plan. Rather motivating with rewards or incentives, create the engagement to the job role where it still cost for the company. To maintain and manage the company effectively leaders must find out the issues that made from the beginning. (Advance system, 2017)

    1. but randika it will work till some level only, to create good motivation to work with the job task or with the job role every individual need to engage with the work order to stick with the company for long period.

    "The employee who does not fit with organization culture or for given designation" how does reward or incentive make them fit to the culture? without giving a proper training!

  4. Of course Reha, as per my view you can’t divide or catogarise when come to engaging employees to their role. Doesn’t matter level of employees or level of skills they have been categorized, it’s about the process to connect between employee or employees to the job role to get good productivity work.

  6. Again you have been mistaken Reha, what i was said is engaging on his or her's job is just getting engagement on what they doing it. Just because different area or different fields or skills jobs they working, engagement won't be different it will be same. Each workers will have different experience on this but the process is same, Hope you understand.
