Strategies

Hiring process can be change depending on company's culture and job levels but should need standard or quality to create and follow up the process. Strategies that used last two decades, its less possibility to apply to present days to get right candidates to complete the company's or top management's expectations. Still some companies making mistakes at some stages or making not right decision to pick the well suitable candidates for appropriate job. Job recruitment market strategies are broadly expanded to chose well qualified applicant to the interview panel and also level of interview stages should be productive therefore can achieve the targets of Human Resources Department's vision and mission. There are different type of recruitment strategies applied in global recognized companies that succeeding among the competitors. Process of employee resourcing systematically will perform depending on, the way company present the hiring procedure for the candidates. Recruiter must be productive and knowledgeable on hiring process and also need experience on the role.

  2. You have selected a good topic for this article. However I cannot totally agree with the point that you have brought up with "Strategies that used last ten to five years its less possibility to apply to present days to get right candidates to complete the company's or top management's expectations". Could you please help to get a clearer picture on this possibly with some examples? According to my perspective, companies have more succeeded in their recruitment strategies especially due to the increasing popularity in e-recruitment processes within last five years.

New technologies such as smart phones tablets other devices that used by internet to get or share or study or teach the information is available anytime mostly anywhere to give challenge to recruitment to make world smaller you can’t deny it. Before technology taken hold there were lot more personal interaction so most recruiters spent hours and days with industry to find next couple of decades, does companies will have a right employees to demand the world if they recruit today with old methods, of course it’s not possible. Btw sanjeewa Could you give example or could you please elebrate how it can be succeed with old recruitment methods when the business world planning to run business in space

    3. Thanks Gokul for the clarification. Anyhow my main idea was to emphasize the fact that the companies have succeeded in their recruitment strategies due to the increasing popularity in e-recruitment processes within last five years, the main point which you also seems agreeing with.
      Answering for your question "how it can be succeed with old recruitment methods when the business world planning to run business in space?.. I think initially the mankind has to wait until the scientists discover an appropriate and pragmatic solution for surviving in the space (i.e. out of our planet). If and only if the scientists are succeeded in such operations, then it will take decades for human species to start habitats in the space. So with the perception of sensing the difference between imagination and reality, I think we can safely ignore this questing within next 18 months of our MBA qualification.

Please note that I'm already aware of the fact that there are lots of trillion dollar investment/research projects are ongoing as we speak in order to explore this universe more. However please note that there is a huge difference in meanings between the two phrases "planning to run business in space" and "conducting business projects those involving in space activities".

      Yes, you have raised a valid question, if you are trying to relate your question to the 2nd phrase that I have highlighted above, that is, “conducting business projects those involving in space activities". In such situations, those business organizations have to adopt “very specific” recruitment strategies which help in finding most suitable candidates who perfectly suit for the job role. In my opinion, it would be pointless to have a debate on whether the old recruitment strategies would be suitable or not for the very specific scenarios like this, without conducting a proper research and getting adequate knowledge on this specific domain.

  3. Most of you mentioned details are correct.Eventhough these applied some time can be select wrong person for perticular job.
    Threfor it is essential to keep probation time period of each employee.

Culture is really matter Aslam... culture will define the way of life of people and it’s hardly affect the companies culture if it’s not fits to the culture.. so companies culture, policies or rules created with the people’s culture.. example aslam just recently happpend one incident last Thursday me and my colleague went to see one clients who are Russians, CEO and director they offered us beer to have while having the meeting which was uncommon for us to have those liquors working time and it’s prohibited for us to have but his company employees can have as drinking bevarege in break.. so it’s about culture that matter for the company.
