Employee resourcing is one of the challenge tasks for the company to make sure the human resource creates the best place to work for the employees with the effective work force. As mentioned earlier the employees are most valuable and backbone of the company to support and participating to run the operation every possible way to reach or meet the company goals. it is human resource responsible to sustain the skills of employees, dynamic labor force and managing the employees order to reach the best performance. Employees constitute is the key area that regarded in the organization performance and mainly the company priorities and objective requirements being identified to dominate the vast reactive and unclear area of employee resourcing process. though HR considering on employees needs and preferences the business needs are important for the company to full fill that and for these reasons employee resourcing process plays big role in HR department. The key focus of objectives is deliver the good improvement in business functions and the employee resourcing will take place on each employee to ensure the better performances.

To start anything employees need to be self-confidence with their works and ensure Human Resource providing the values for the employee morale which will support when they handle the tasks alone or when they face hard times of the company situation. This must considered one the employee resourcing framework outline to develop and it’s an important role of every employee to perform the function of the organization.
